Finished up one side of the yurt center wheel. I've been getting creative while I wait for it to be clear to pick up materials. I'll wait until I'm done with the other side to translate the runes but a hint... it's in English. Funny that that's it's in English honestly but some how seems a little appropriate no?New wood burning tool from Walnut Creek did a proper job and didn't ruin my carving work Always spend a little extra on the good tools of you can. Hey friends Well it's been forever. I had a bit of a motivation loss combined with too much work stuff which has kept me from creating anything but I can't take it any longer I'm working on the center wheel of my yurt today. I decided to go with the theme of all natural wood and so the wheel is made from birch plywood which has a great look to it. This is part 2 of 4 or maybe 5 probably 5 but we will see. Any way this is where the poles that hold up the roof will come together in the middle. Should be neatMore to come, I promise Lol
